The staff at Italian Linens Boutique, LLC (“Italian Linens Boutique”) strive to provide you with the highest standards of service. We value the investment our customers have made in the finest Italian linens. To this end, if you received a damaged or defective product or custom linen not constructed according to your written specifications, please follow the steps below.
I Report An Issue
If you wish to return a product you received from us, you must first report the issue to us within 30 calendar days (“Reporting Period”) of receiving the product from the carrier's delivery date in order for us to consider the issue. We are happy to consider exceptions to this timeframe. In your report, before returning a product, you, the customer must explain the reason for the return or request for a refund to Customer Service. Consideration will be given to requests due to, among other things, damaged or defective products, products not received in the timeframe expected, per the shipping carrier’s tracking information, or products not constructed according to your custom specifications. Please contact a member of our staff at 678-335-6127 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include a photo of any damaged or defective products.
II Return Authorization
Once the issue is reported and Customer Service approves the request, a Return Authorization will be issued and a pre-paid Return Shipping label will be emailed to you.
III Product Return
A . Defective or Damaged Products
For Damaged Products: If the customer receives a product from us that was damaged from shipping, we will accept a return for an exchange. Such product must show the actual damage from shipping. The item cannot be returned if it shows signs of wear or damage from use.
For Defective Products: If the customer receives a product from us that is defective (a manufacturing defect or a custom linen product that did not meet the customer’s written specifications, we will accept a return for an exchange or for a refund. Such product must show the actual defect. The item cannot be returned if it shows signs of wear or damage from use.
NOTE: Returns cannot be accepted after the Reporting Period.
B. Returning a Undamaged Product
We will refund you 100% if you decide to return undamaged linens. The linens must be returned in an undamaged, unaltered, unused and resaleable condition within 30 calendar days of the delivery and in the original packaging. In these cases shipping the linens back to Italian Linens Boutique, LLC is at the customer's expense.
