Fulfilling your order properly and efficiently is of utmost importance to us. Real-time shipping charges are provided during order checkout. For your convenience, we ship by USPS (United States Postal Service), FedEx, and UPS. You have the option to select the shipping method that best meets your needs.

Out of Stock and Custom product orders require a minimum of 4-6 week lead-time. Tessitura Pardi linens are made especially for you when your order is received at the factory in Italy. Care and attention to detail are taken to produce these fine linens designed and constructed to last for generations.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available for U.S. domestic orders with shipping rates less than $50. This offer applies to the 48 U.S. contiguous states and the District of Columbia. The offer excludes the non-contiguous states of Alaska and Hawaii, and all off-shore United States territories and possessions which are American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe and Armed Forces Pacific. 

Shipping Days

The days and times we ship depend on the carrier and shipping method you select. There is no shipping on Saturdays or Sundays.

(United States Postal Service) USPS Priority and USPS Priority Express:

  • Orders must be received Mon-Fri by 2 pm EST to ship same day. Orders received after 2 pm EST will ship next shipping day. All orders received on Saturday will ship next business day.
  • No USPS shipments on Saturdays, Sundays or U.S. Holidays

FedEx Ground, FedEx Express Saver, and FedEx Express

  • Orders must be received Monday - Friday by 3 pm EST to ship same day. Orders received after 3 pm EST will ship next shipping day. All orders received on Saturday will ship next business day.
  • No FedEx shipments on Saturdays, Sundays or U.S. Holidays
  • No Saturday or Sunday drop off for Home delivery

UPS Second Day Air

The staff at Italian Linens Boutique, LLC (“Italian Linens Boutique”) strive to provide you with the highest standards of service. We value the investment our customers have made in the finest Italian linens. To this end, if you received a damaged or defective product or custom linen not constructed according to your written specifications, please follow the steps below. 

I   Report An Issue 

If you wish to return a product you received from us, you must first report the issue to us within 30 calendar days (“Reporting Period”) of receiving the product from the carrier's delivery date in order for us to consider the issue. We are happy to consider exceptions to this timeframe. In your report, before returning a product, you, the customer must explain the reason for the return or request for a refund to Customer Service.  Consideration will be given to requests due to, among other things, damaged or defective products, products not received in the timeframe expected, per the shipping carrier’s tracking information, or products not constructed according to your custom specifications. Please contact a member of our staff at 678-335-6127 or email us at info@italianlinensboutique.com.  Include a photo of any damaged or defective products.  

II   Return Authorization 

Once the issue is reported and Customer Service approves the request, a Return Authorization will be issued and a pre-paid Return Shipping label will be emailed to you.   

III   Product Return 

A . Defective or Damaged Products

For Damaged Products:  If the customer receives a product from us that was damaged from shipping, we will accept a return for an exchange.  Such product must show the actual damage from shipping. The item cannot be returned if it shows signs of wear or damage from use.   

For Defective Products:  If the customer receives a product from us that is defective (a manufacturing defect or a custom linen product that did not meet the customer’s written specifications, we will accept a return for an exchange or for a refund.  Such product must show the actual defect. The item cannot be returned if it shows signs of wear or damage from use.   

NOTE: Returns cannot be accepted after the Reporting Period.

B. Returning a Undamaged Product

We will refund you 100% if you decide to return undamaged linens. The linens must be returned in an undamaged, unaltered, unused and resaleable condition within 30 calendar days of the delivery and in the original packaging. In these cases shipping the linens back to Italian Linens Boutique, LLC is at the customer's expense.

The care instructions for all of our producers are provided below. 

Producer: Tessitura Pardi

When washing fine linens the fabrics will shrink some and the ivory and natural colors tend to whiten because they are made from natural fibers of linen and cotton. 

To ensure that the linens maintain all of their quality features Tessitura Pardi recommends that you follow the instructions below for Tablecloths only:

  • Soak the linens in cold water for 12 hours before the first wash only
  • Wash at a temperature not higher than 104° Fahrenheit
  • Do not use boiling water
  • Use only neutral cleaners because the normal cleaners contain optical whiteners that change the shade of the color.
  • Do not use fabric softeners or water-softening products to avoid nap
  • Do not use the spin cycle
  • Dry on low heat, set the dryer on Air Dry or dry naturally. Never use hot-air dryers. 
  • A steamer can be used to remove wrinkles
  • Avoid exposing the items to the sunlight for long because they might fade
  • Dampen the fabric well before ironing
  • DRY CLEANING IS NOT RECOMMENDED

The following instructions are used for Tessitura Pardi's placemats, napkins and tea towels.

  • Use cold or cool water temperature
  • Use only neutral cleaners because the normal cleaners contain optical whiteners that change the shade of the color.
  • Do not use fabric softeners or water-softening products to avoid nap
  • Do not use the spin cycle
  • Dry on low heat, set the dryer on Air Dry or dry naturally. Never use hot-air dryers. 
  • A steamer can be used to remove wrinkles. If you use an iron, set the temperature according to the material content and place a thin fabric between the iron and the linen to protect it from burning.
  • Avoid exposing the items to the sunlight for long because they might fade
  • Dampen the fabric well before ironing
  • DRY CLEANING IS NOT RECOMMENDED

Producer: Svad Dondi S.p.A. -

Follow the directions below for all bedding products.

  • Machine wash warm, gentle cycle
  • Wash dark colors, prints and solids separately
  • Use non-chlorine bleach as needed
  • Tumble dry on low setting
  • Steam iron on cotton setting
  • DRY CLEANING IS NOT RECOMMENDED
